CHEMEvent Round Details
Upon abstract acceptance, a confirmation email with the presentation template is sent. The final PowerPoint presentation (using the provided template exclusively, maximum 15 slides including introduction and conclusion) must be submitted by the specified deadline. Each team gets 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A. The event can be attended offline (participants report to the venue on time and must inform organizers in advance if participating in other events) or online (via a Google Meet link shared by email, joining 10 minutes prior; participants share and present their own slides; technical issues during the online session are not handled by the organizing team). Winners are announced at the end of the day in both modes.

Chemical Cinematic Universe
About the event
Welcome to the Chemical Cinematic Universe – where Bollywood/Tollywood meets the brilliance of Chemical Engineering! In this quiz-style event, participants are given the first letters of four key movie elements: hero's name, heroine's name, song title, and movie title. Using these clues, each team must identify the correct movie as quickly as possible. Once the movie is guessed correctly, the team must connect the movie to real-world engineering concepts, listing and explaining engineering aspects (from various departments) linked to the events or themes in the movie.

About the event
A two-round game combining Charades and Rapid Fire, testing teams' knowledge of Chemical Engineering terms. In Charades, one member gives one-word clues while the others guess the term; in Rapid Fire, the top-scoring teams face buzzer-based questioning.
